Group Study Rooms
Group study rooms, located on the second and third floors of the RIC, are first come, first-served and cannot be reserved. The rooms generally seat about four students and are equipped with white boards. Dry erase markers are available at the circulation desk.
Bags and other personal possessions cannot be left in a room to "hold your spot." The group study rooms are often in high demand. If a room is left unattended and other students want to use that space, your possessions will be removed and held at the circulation desk.
All room reservation requests must be made by faculty/staff and should be directed to Kara Kane in the Conference and Events office (email@example.com).
- the date and time
- a name for the event
- the number of people you expect
Room assignments are based upon the appropriate room capacity and technological requirements. You certainly may request your “favorite,” and we will make every effort to accommodate your preference. Once your booking has been confirmed you will be able to view your room reservation here.
The Daemen College Library Staff asks that you return the room to the condition in which you found it as a courtesy to the next guest. This includes tables/desks in RIC 101.
